Customers from Outside the UK

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR ALL DUTY AND TAX AS PER THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF YOUR COUNTRY.  These costs and charges may not appear at the time of checkout and therefore the total amount you pay for your order may be higher when duty and taxes are added once goods arrive into your respective country.  

UK Customers 

Although our aim is always to get customer orders delivered as quickly as possible, please do allow all UK orders up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery. 

During seasonal busy periods please do account for the extra volume of orders we may receive and place orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 

G&K Give and Keep will always try our best to get your goods to you as early as possible however can not be held responsible for any delays caused due to situations and circumstances outside our control such as poor weather conditions, natural disasters or decisions made by government which may effect our processing times.  

If you select 'Non Tracked Delivery Option' at Checkout

G&K Give and Keep cannot be held responsible for parcels going missing and will therefore not be able to replace your order if goods do not arrive.  We therefore highly recommend for the little extra cost you select a form of TRACKED DELIVERY at checkout.  Thank you. 


If you Select 'Tracked Delivery Option' at Checkout (Highly Recommended) 

Your order will be sent by either Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Service for smaller orders and for larger orders we will ship these using reputable courier services with full tracking service. 


Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer and in the manner specified in the order summary.

Upon delivery, customers must verify the content of the delivery and report anomalies without undue delay, using the contact details provided in this document or as described in the delivery note. Users may refuse to accept the parcel if visibly damaged.

Failed delivery

G&K Give and Keep cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the customer, nor for any damages or delays after handover to the carrier.

If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the deadline specified, the goods will be returned to G&K Give and Keep, who will contact the customer to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action.

Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at the customer’s expense.
